What we provide: Beds with linens for five (one queen bed downstairs, three twins upstairs). Also towels, paper products, dishes and cookware, firewood, candles, matches and cleaning supplies. Just bring your food!
Rules:
- Five guests maximum.
- No smoking, illegal drugs or motorhomes/campers on the property.
- Guests must be 21 years of age or older to rent.
- We allow one small-to-medium size, well-mannered dog. It must not be left unattended in the home. Pet deposit required.
- No outside shoes in the house, please.
Rental Manager:
Sweetland Vacation Rentals handles all arrangements for us, including booking. Below are excerpts of their policies.

Deposits: To hold your reservation, we require a deposit of half the total rental for your stay, plus a non-refundable cleaning fee of $60. We also charge a non-refundable “pet fee” for pets, which incidentally cannot remain in the homes unattended.
Deposits are due by return mail, unless otherwise stated, and included with a completed reservation form within 10 business days after receiving the form from us. If we do not receive deposits within the 10-day period, your reservation will be automatically canceled. We accept personal checks and credit cards. Balance is due 30 days before arrival date.
Refunds: You will need to cancel your reservation 30 days* before arrival date in order to receive a deposit refund. Otherwise, we will hold your deposit until the reservation date, while attempting to re-book the house. If we are able to re-book the house, we will gladly refund your deposit. There are no refunds for early checkouts. No refunds for weather-related inconveniences, though we make exception when the mountain passes to the coast are closed. *Cancellations for July and August must be made by May 1.
Check-out Procedures: Although a housekeeper will be cleaning after your stay, we ask you to start a load of linens, wash your dishes, put your trash in the outside cans, and take your food from the refrigerator when you leave.
Emergencies: If there is an emergency, please call the Sweetland Vacation Rentals office at (541) 563-5913. For after-hours emergencies, call (541) 961-3765. Please use the after-hours number only for emergencies, as there may be a fee charged for mis-use.
Legal stuff:
Guest acknowledges and authorizes Sweetland Vacation Rentals to charge guest for all damaged and/or missing items or any extra cleaning charges to the premises while occupied by the guest or guests’ visitors.
Guest agrees to indemnify and save harmless the homeowner and Sweetland Vacation Rentals for any loss, liabilities, claims, demands, damage, theft, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to or in connection with any claim or litigation associated with their use and occupancy of the rental property including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or loss of property incurred or sustained by them, any visitor and/or other person(s), except any caused by the willfully or intentionally negligent acts of the homeowner or Sweetland Vacation Rentals.
